Dr. Austin Rees has a background in elite-level soccer, playing at the academy level in his youth and eventually playing at the varsity level for Dalhousie University. Austin completed his Bachelors of Science in kinesiology at Dalhousie University where he earned the achievement of varsity all-Canadian athlete. Subsequently, Austin worked as a personal trainer prior to attending Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree and graduated with summa cum laude honours.

Austin’s treatment approach is focused on symptomatic improvement while rehabilitating movement to increase athletic resiliency and performance. He provides evidence-based strategies which include myofascial release, acupuncture, joint mobilization and emphasizes rehab exercise to improve patient outcomes.
