Stephanie is a Registered Dietitian who specializes in sport nutrition. She has completed her BASc degree in Applied Human Nutrition, MSc degree in Exercise Nutrition and Metabolism, both at the University of Guelph, and a professional Dietetic internship at London Health Sciences Centre. Her research focused on how carbohydrate and proper hydration can affect temperature regulation and mental and physical fatigue and performance in female hockey players.
Stephanie has almost a decade of experience working with athletes of all ages and levels, ranging from beginner to professional athletes and everything in between.
She is currently working with the Toronto Blue Jays as a minor league dietitian, working in athlete development. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, baking, and weightlifting.

Dr. Orion graduated with magna cum laude from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) and completed a two-year post-graduate sports sciences residency through CMCC and the Royal College of Chiropractic Sports Sciences. He graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelors in Kinesiology (Hons) and was also the starting shortstop for the varsity baseball team for four years.
